Our Story
Christopher and I spent the initial years of our lives in the care of our biological mother, after our biological father was removed from the home due to addiction. After struggling to provide for two young boys on her own, our biological mother made the decision to place us into foster care in the hopes we would be adopted and would have access to more than she was able to give us at the time.
We were adopted by separate families who lived over 2,000 miles apart. Even though words could not express how grateful we are for the families who adopted us, this certainly left a void in our lives. Fortunately, our families understood our bond and allowed us to maintain contact through letters and phone calls. As we corresponded throughout our childhood years, Christopher continued to share about his growing relationship with Christ. This deeply inspired me, as Christopher had been born with life altering health challenges, and still was able to have this growing faith.
Fast forward to 27+ years after being separated, Christopher and I re-united, and have come to realize that we shared a calling to proclaim the Gospel to those who have been isolated from routine fellowship with others.
Christopher's Testimony
