Services

Working through virtual services, community-based partnerships, and satellite office spaces across a “60 miles west” region extending from the Eagle Mountain area of Northwest Fort Worth up Highway 199 toward Jacksboro, west along Interstate 20 toward Gordon, southwest along Highway 377 toward Granbury, and everything in between, I am working to promote a network of care across northern portions of Erath, Hood, Jack, Palo Pinto, Parker, and western portions of Tarrant counties.

To ensure personalized and responsive care, my efforts to serve these communities are built heavily on establishing partnerships with pastors, licensed mental health professionals, and others on the frontlines of community care.  Together with this network of community partners, my goal is to create a connected, Christ-centered network of care that bridges gaps in mental health, basic needs, and community support—ensuring individuals and families can access meaningful resources, encouragement, and care regardless of location, transportation, or circumstance.

Referral/Care Coordination

Counseling/Life Coaching

Process

All individuals seeking services will begin by requesting a free initial consultation of up to 30 minutes. During this consultation, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, share your needs, and explore whether working together is the right fit.

If you choose to move forward, the next step is a comprehensive assessment and evaluation process. Depending on your needs, goals, and the complexity of your circumstances, this process typically involves anywhere between 3-5 total hours to develop a complete and accurate understanding of your current mental health status. To establish a clear picture of your baseline—your typical day-to-day emotional and psychological functioning—these hours are generally divided into 1–2 hour sessions over the course of 2 to 4 weeks. If you need a determination letter to return to school, work, or another activity, we can discuss a more condensed timeline based on your specific needs.

The next step after the assessment and evaluation process is typically referral and care coordination. I function similarly to a Pastor, whom you go to for your spiritual health (spirit), or a Primary Care Physician, whom you rely on to help navigate your physical health (body), but for your mental health (mind). I can help guide you through the mental healthcare system by coordinating recommendations, facilitating referrals, and supporting continuity of care, including connections to physical and spiritual health resources.

Like a Primary Care Physician, I am equipped to provide ongoing direct care (counseling and life coaching). However, my primary role is to serve as a "connector," linking you with trusted resources and professionals who can meet your needs in the most personalized and responsive way.
