Referral/Care Coordination
While my background in Marketing and Social Work has equipped me to serve in a variety of capacities, I see my primary role as a "connector," linking you with trusted resources and professionals who can meet your needs in a more personalized and responsive way than I may be able to on my own. I can also help guide you through the mental healthcare system by coordinating recommendations, facilitating referrals, and supporting continuity of care, including connections to physical and spiritual health resources.
In addition to providing resource guidance directly to individuals navigating their own mental health challenges, it is my desire to support Pastors, Social Workers, Therapists, Caseworkers, Parents and Guardians, and others who are on the front lines of caring for those experiencing mental health challenges. This page features several options for receiving guidance as you navigate community resources and connect with the support that best fits your needs.
One-on-One Resource Navigation (In-Person)

In order to provide the best community care and resource navigation support possible, collaboration is key. In this section, I am seeking your support in connecting those across northern portions of Erath, Hood, Jack, Palo Pinto, Parker, and western portions of Tarrant counties with resources that promote physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
I would love the opportunity to discuss with you how we can work together, whether it is you sharing information about a resource you are connected to, hosting an event where I can raise funds and awareness to provide free/reduced cost support to those in need, providing reduced fee private space for me to provide in person support to those in need, etc.
